LIVA REEL #1 - Peopletail Review

I have been a fan of LIVA Date sugar for years. I bake my cookies with LIVA, I make BBQ sauce with LIVA, anything I can do to replace toxic white sugar.  I received the Liva Date Syrup and was challenged to "use it not just in baked goods".  Challenge accepted.

Instantly my mind went to food I cook that I usually use a thick balsamic vinegar on.  My almost daily breakfast is my zucchini fritter.  Here's the recipe:

- Shred 1 -2 zucchinis depending on how many people you are feeding

- 2 eggs

- 1/4 organic flour (or you can use almond flour)

- spices, anything you want. I like cumin, salt and pepper

- 1/4 cup of shredded cheese (although when I'm cheating I use MUCH more)

Mix everything and fry in either olive oil or coconut oil. Grill til it's brown on both sides.  You can add a little extra sea or pink salt.  It's basic but it is full of fibre and very filling.  I drizzled on the Liva Date Syrup and WOW!!! With the old cheddar cheese-savoury and the sweetness from the syrup it was such a treat.  Since then I have use the syrup on EVERYTHING.  (You'll have to see my other videos)

This can replace maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, jam.... and it's guilt free. Use it on pancakes, waffles, watermelon, salad, grilled can put this on EVERYTHING!
