Make a Date with LIVA, a Healthy Sugar Alternative

Products: LIVA Date Sugar & LIVA Date Syrup

My favorite granola recipe has always called for brown sugar, which I have omitted. Now I use LIVA  date sugar to upscale my batch. It's a healthy alternative, a guilt-free one. Date sugar has less carbs, less calories, and more fibre.

Taking that granola and sprinkling it on top of yogurt that I've sweetened with date syrup, I then freeze and break into a delicious cool summer treat. Does that sound like too much sugar? It's not! It's perfectly date-kissed.

And, then there is my iced tea. I like to make a batch of fruity tea and hit it with the date syrup to sweeten it. So delicious!

If you are looking for that good-for-you hint of sweetness, try LIVA date products. There are just 2 ingredients: organic dates and love.

Go on, LIVA little!

PS - LIVA also has date sugar packets for people on-the-go!
