Relaxation in a bottle

Falling asleep has always been a bit of a struggle for me, but peri-menopause has made sleep even more elusive. It takes me a long time to fall asleep each evening and then I tend to wake up several times throughout the evening.

Healthology Sleep-Great Sleep Formula was created to help people that fall asleep slowly reduce the time it takes to get a good night's sleep, while also helping with restlessness and nervousness.

Sleep-Great contains a variety of ingredients that work together to help people fall asleep and maintain a proper sleep cycle. Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced by our bodies. Sleep-Great uses this to help regulate our body's circadian rhythm to manage our sleep cycle. 5-HTP helps to boost our own natural production as well.

L-theanine is an amino acid which promotes relaxation without drowsiness while GABA relieves stress. There are additional natural herbs added that work to promote relaxation, reduce stress and promote sleep on many different levels.

After taking this for over a week, I've noticed that I do feel more relaxed in the evenings, which usually leads me to falling asleep earlier. I do still wake up at night, but less often and it's easier to get back to sleep for me.

I do find I feel a bit drowsy in the mornings and it's hard to shake off at times. After about a week I noticed I was getting very vivid dreams and nightmares as well. I think that this is something I will have to take on occasion, as needed and not taken several days in a row. I'm very glad to have a natural sleep aid option though and would much prefer to take this over conventional sleep aids.

Healthology Sleep-Great Sleep Formula is vegan, non-GMO and gluten free!

I've used this for years

I've used L'Oreal Infallible Pro Matte Foundation for years. It's my go-to foundation when I want full coverage with a nice matte finish. I only need a small amount of this to fully cover my skin. It blends out easily and sets down nicely. This can look heavier if you...

Affordable and effective

Love this micellar water. It's so affordable but it works so well. It removes makeup easily and doesn't leave a film on my skin. No issues with irritation or breakouts either.

Does not blend
