Chiamigos Chunky Monkey Chia Pudding

Chia is a tiny, little powerhouse of a food. This tiny seed is loaded with antioxidants, fibre, protein, Omega-3 fatty acids, plus calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. It has amazing benefits for the heart, bone health, inflammation and even blood sugar levels.
Chiamigos Chia Pudding offers a quick and delicious way to incorporate chia seeds into our diets. In just a few minutes this pudding mix is kid-friendly with just an addition of water or milk. It's also versatile and can be used in many different recipes to keep things fresh and fun. One of my favourites is Chunky Monkey Chia Pudding when I'm craving something sweet, but want to keep it on the healthier side. Here's my recipe:
1/3 cup Chiamigos Chia Pudding
1/3 cup So Fresh Almond Milk
1/2 banana, mashed
Mix all ingredients above together. In a separate bowl, use a hand mixer to whip together
1/3 cup Sealtest Whipping Cream
1 tbsp Kirkland Natural Peanut Butter
1-2 squirts of Swerve Liquid Stevia (optional)
After mixture is a thick, whipped cream texture, top off the chia pudding with it. Sprinkle with
