This vinegar isn't too bitter it has a sweet kick to it. We use this for everything from homemade salad dressings to a digestive aid and even for things like heart burn. The quality of this vinegar is amazing I have been using it for about 9 years and only purchase Filsinger's apple cider vinegar. I first started using it when I was researching a 100 mile diet for a project when I was in school to become a Holistic Nutritionist. It turned out that this apple cider was actually local for me so I ordered some and have never gone back to my old brand. Great quality and local I couldn't ask for anything more.
