I have seasonal allergy sufferers in my family and we don't take over the counter meds for the symptoms. Instead I give them NOW C-1000 with Bioflavonoids. This is a great support to the immune system to help fend off the symptoms. The Bioflavonoids improve the antihistamine effect. I also buy the chewable versions for my kids!
