Hey guys had a lot of fun creating this review, I'm excited to share with you my banana creme frappuccino made with the Coffideas 100% roasted black fig.

At first I was a bit skeptical as I personally don't venture outside my tim horton's or starbucks coffee, but I wanted to find an alternative that I felt was much healthier. I came across the Coffideas and actually tried just a regular cup before I created my concoction. To be super brief it has an incredible taste and I certainly see this as my coffee replacement. If you are unsure or never venture out I suggest this coffee as it is not overwhelming and is easy if not easier to adjust to than most coffee alternatives I've tried in the past. Not to mention black fig is known to aid with digestion and is rich with antioxidants, what a two in one!!

Now for my recipe, I was in a mood for something sweet and readily available, lucky enough I had all the ingredients to make an incredible frappuccino. Your fruit can certainly change if you don't have banana, blueberry, raspberry or blackberry would be just as tasty but I do recommend sticking to what the rest of the recipe calls for. The recipe is as follows:

1/2 Sliced Banana or fruit of your choice1 Cup of Ecoideas Black Fig & Chick Pea Coffee1 Cup of Milk or Almond Milk2 Tbl Spoons of Creme 3 Ice Cubes

Optional - Dash of Cinnamon

This recipe made a very tasty frappuccino I personally liked the banana flavour a lot. Upon reflection I would suggest adding a little bit less creme and if you are feeling in the mood for a real treat opt for a tbl spoon of caramel flavouring.

Phase out coffee but keep your routine!

This is a cool alternative to coffee if you’re trying to quit. It has the same rich bitterness that coffee does with the sweetness of figs, which interestingly enough is the only ingredient. You make it the same way you would your regular coffee; this product looks and feels just...
